刘凯,重庆大学计算机学院教授,博士生导师20118月获得香港城市大学计算机科学博士学位。曾为美国弗吉尼亚大学访问学者、香港城市大学高级研究助理及博士后、新加坡南洋理工大学博士后、以及香港浸会大学博士后。

主要研究方向包括车联网、边缘计算、智能计算、普适计算、智能交通系统等。共发表学术论文110余篇,包括期刊论文60余篇,会议论文50余篇,编著章节 (Book Chapter) 2篇。根据科睿唯安 (原汤森路透) Journal Citation Reports(JCR)分区,48篇期刊文章为相关领域一区。作为第一或通讯作者,发表SCI期刊论文41篇,其中JCR一区论文35IEEE/ACM Transactions 21包括IEEE/ACM Trans. on Networking (ToN)、IEEE Trans. on Mobile Computing (TMC)、IEEE Trans. on Intelligent Transportation Systems (T-ITS)、IEEE Trans. on Vehicular Technology (TVT)、IEEE Trans. on Industrial Informatics (TII)、IEEE Communications Magazine (ComMag)、IEEE Internet of Things Journal (IoTJ)等。发表国际会议论文50余篇,包括IEEE INFCOM, IEEE GLOBECOM, IEEE ICC, IEEE ITSC等计算机网络、移动通信及智能交通领域重要国际会议。2篇论文分别荣获2015 ICA3P与2018 IEEE ISPCE-CN国际会议最佳论文奖1篇论文荣获2019中国物联网学术会议优秀论文奖2篇论文分别荣获2020中国物联网学术会议与2020 NCAA国际会议最佳论文提名。根据Google Scholar统计,论文总引用次数1200余次,H-index 18第一作者论文单篇最高被引次数215ESI高被引,Web of Science核心合集引用126

现为IEEE高级会员、ACM会员、CCF会员、CCF网络与数据通信专委会委员。曾担任十余国际会议组织委员会与程序委员会委员,包括IEEE VCN’19,IEEE GLOBECOM’19,IEEE UIC’15~19, ACM SAC’17,18,19, IEEE RTCSA’14’15, IEEE HPCC’13等,并荣获RTCSA’16、UIC’19、及CWSN’19杰出服务奖;担任十余国际权威期刊评审,包括IEEE JSAC, IEEE TII, IEEE TVT, IEEE TITS, IEEE TC, IEEE TMC, IEEE TKDE, IEEE ToC, ACM TCPS等;曾担任IEEE IoT Journal、ACM/Springer MONET等期刊专刊客座编委。
