刘凯,重庆大学百人计划特聘研究员,博士生导师,重庆市高层次引进人才20118月获得香港城市大学计算机科学博士学位。曾为美国弗吉尼亚大学访问学者、香港城市大学高级研究助理及博士后、新加坡南洋理工大学博士后、以及香港浸会大学博士后。

主要研究方向包括车联网、移动计算、普适计算、大数据与物联网。目前已发表学术论文80余篇。包括SCI期刊论文40余篇其中根据科睿唯安 (原汤森路透) Journal Citation Reports(JCR)分区,30篇期刊文章为相关领域一区,包括IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking (ToN), IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing (TMC), IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems (TITS), IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (TVT), IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, Information Sciences等。发表国际会议论文40余篇,包括INFOCOM, GLOBECOM, ICC, ITSC等。曾担任多个国际会议程序委员会委员ACM SAC, IEEE UIC, IEEE RTCSA, IEEE HPCC等,并荣获2016 RTCSA国际会议杰出贡献奖;担任十余国际权威期刊评审,包括IEEE JSAC, IEEE TII, IEEE TVT, IEEE TITS, IEEE TC等;同时担任中科院1区期刊IEEE IoT Journal特刊(RRCPS: Reliable and Resilient Cyber-Physical Systems)客座编委。目前已主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、国际合作项目5项、重庆市面上项目1项,重庆市留学人员创业创新支持计划1项,中央高校基金重点项目1项(优秀结题),中央高校基金前沿交叉项目1项国家电网项目1项。
