I am a Hongshen Lecture in the College of Computer Science, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China. I obtained Ph.D. degree from University of Connecticut, CT, USA in 2019. From 2012 to 2015 I was a Transportation Planner and Modeler with CDM Smith, New Haven, CT, USA. My research interests include smart city, intelligent transportation system, and transportation network modeling.
